The simile “like a litte fish in a big pond,” is often used to describe a situation in which a person may feel unnoticed in an overwhelming circumstance; just like a litte fish would in a big pond.

We believe this accurately describes the situation that many business owners feel when attempting to gain recognition in the major search engines, like Google.

In fact, websites trying to get into Google may even feel like a minnow in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

With the feelings of these business owners in mind, we at Zoinks! SEO set out to find an original way to convey those feelings to our potential customers: the small business, start-up business and non-profit organization communities.

From a spirited brainstorming session, our idea for a “little fish with big dreams” was born.
